How to make payment
The registration fee will be determined according to your participation type.
Instructions of credit card payment using PayPal and a dedicated payment link will be sent to participants after the Notice of Acceptance has been issued (scheduled for 21 May 2026). Please complete your payment using the link provided in the e-mail.
The payer is requested to bear the credit fee for credit card payment. Receipt will be given at the registration desk on site.
If you find it difficult to make payment by your credit card, please contact ssms@kochi-tech.ac.jp .
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend symposium or study tour for any reason, you must contact SSMS Secretariat no later than September 14, 2026, to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by September 14, 2026, your registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 14, 2026.
All requests for cancellations must be contacted to the SSMS Secretariat at ssms@kochi-tech.ac.jp.
Eligible refunds will be processed through PayPal.
