Full paper Submission

• Full paper has to be written in the formats as shown in the template file below.
  • A number of pages are limited from 10 to 12 pages.
  • Papers have to be submitted through SSMS web system.
• All the paper will be reviewed by reviewers selected by SSMS.
  • Acceptance of the paper will be notified by e-mail.
  • If necessary, authors will be requested to rewrite and/or resubmit papers.
• Accepted papers will be automatically recognized as submitted to the Internet Journal of Society for Social Management Systems.
• Authors accepted by the Review committee have a right to present papers at the Symposium if authors have intention to participate in symposium.
• Authors have the responsibility to arrange the copyrights of graphs, charts and others which have been revealed on the papers.
• The copyrights of papers belong to the authors, however execution of the copyrights are delegated to the Society for Social Management Systems.

Extended abstract Submission for Symposium

• Extended abstract has to be written in the formats as shown in the template file bellow (same as that of the full paper).
  • A number of pages will be 2 pages.
  • Papers have to be submitted through SSMS web system.
• For those who has submited the extended abstract, they will be invited to have presentation at the symposium. After the symposium, if full paper is submitted, the paper will be passed to the peer-reviewing process. All papers accepted will be automatically recognized as submitted to the Internet Journal of Society for Social Management Systems.
• Authors have the responsibility to arrange the copyrights of graphs, charts and others which have been revealed on the papers.
• The copyrights of papers which are presented at the Symposium belong to the authors, however execution of the copyrights are delegated to the Society for Social Management Systems.

Template

• The official language is English.
• Use the SI (Systeme Internationale) Units and Symbols.
• The official font and size for title is Times new roman and 18 point.
• Papers is required authors’ name, affiliation, address and E-mail address.
• About 300 words of abstract is required in full paper.
• On the left, right, top and bottom of pages’ margins should be 20mm. Columns is 2, and columns interval is 4mm.
• The official font and size is Times new roman and 11 point.
• Numbering
  1. Chapter 1, 2, 3, …
  2. Section 1.1, 1.2, …
  3. Subsection 1.1.1, 1.1.2, …
• Figure
  1. Figure 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, …
  2. Table 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, …

  4. Eq. (1.1), (1.2), (1.3), …
• The resolution of figure, table and picture should be more than 300DPI.
• The coefficient of equation should be in italic.
• The file format should be in Microsoft word or TeX.
