Visiting the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Facilities

We have only one year until the opening of the Tokyo Olympic games! Only SSMS participants can visit some Olympic games facilities with an English guide. This is a rare opportunity to feel “Tokyo 2020” earlier than anybody!!

How to join:	Participation registration is available from the SSMS personal account until July 31st, 2019.
Participation fee:	80 USD
Payment:	Your SSMS participation fee and the technical tour fee can be paid at once by a credit card through PayPal.

9:00-10:30	Lectures on Tokyo Olympic facilities @ Hongo Campus of the University of Tokyo (U-Tokyo)
10:30-16:30	Departure by bus from U-Tokyo Visiting the Tokyo Olympic facilities Lunch (included in the tour fee) Visiting the Tokyo Olympic facilities
16:30	Arrival in the Hongo Campus of U-Tokyo
